For iPhone and Apple Watch
Lift. Tap. Done.
The strength tracker that gets out of the way. One tap per set. Nothing to type.
Try it. Tap a set to log five reps. Tap again for four.
Gestures, not forms
Your hands are busy. The app knows that.
Most trackers ask you to type reps into a keyboard between sets. MuscleMommy already knows the weight, the reps and the rest. You only tell it what happened.
Tap a set
Logs your target reps and starts the rest timer. Tap again to count down a rep.
Swipe right
Skip an exercise today. It isn't counted as a fail.
Swipe left
Swap in another exercise for this session. Your sets and weight carry over.
Tap the weight
Change it with a stepper and quick buttons. No keyboard appears.
Apple Watch
Leave the phone on the bench.
The watch mirrors the current set. Turn the Digital Crown to the reps you did and press Done.
- Rest ring with live heart rate
- Haptic tap when rest is over
- Saves the workout to Apple Health
- Rest timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
What we left out

Questions
FAQ
What is MuscleMommy?
A minimal strength-training logger for iPhone and Apple Watch. It runs a linear-progression program and logs each set with one tap, with no typing during a workout.
Does MuscleMommy collect my data?
No. Workouts are stored on your iPhone. The app has no account, no server and no analytics. Workouts go to Apple Health only if you allow it.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. The iPhone app runs the whole workout. The watch adds Digital Crown logging, a rest ring with heart rate, and Apple Health recording.
How does progression work?
Hit every rep and the weight goes up next time by the increment you set, usually 2.5 kg. Miss three sessions in a row and it drops by 10%.
How much does it cost?
MuscleMommy is free to download, and the core workout is free with no time limit: programs from templates, one-tap logging, progression and deloads, the plate calculator, rest timer, history, Apple Health and JSON export. MuscleMommy Pro adds the Apple Watch app, weight history charts, the Live Activity, seven more accent colours with matching icons, and custom programs and exercises. Pro is $29.99 a year after a 1-week free trial, $4.99 a month, or $69.99 once.
Can I fix a wrong set?
Yes. Nothing is final until you tap Save on the Finish sheet. Tap a set again to change its reps.
